The TM Forum has several groups within the Collaboration program that provide input on strategy, direction and priorities based on their specific areas of expertise.
Service Provider Leadership Council
The Service Provider Leadership Council (SPLC) consists of a group of service providers from around the world who work together to create a unified voice for service providers’ needs from their OSS/BSS vendors. The SPLC recommendations are used to drive TM Forum work, and as such drive development of industry standards for the telecom software community as a whole.
Industry Liaisons
| The Industry Liaison Program’s mission is to build cooperative working relationships between the TM Forum and other industry groups, such as standards bodies and industry consortia. This team creates liaisons to more efficient development and more significant and cost effective standards for the OSS/BSS industry by leveraging the work done by other organizations and by sharing the TM Forum’s work with these groups. | |
Service Delivery Framework
The TM Forum Service Delivery Framework (SDF) project is defining a management framework for effective service delivery in the context of emerging industry trends such as Web 2.0 and converged telecom / media / content services.
